Dontrell Glover Narrows Recruitment

2025 four-star offensive tackle Dontrell Glover (Fairburn, Ga.) has cut his recruitment to nine schools, including the Tennessee Volunteers.

Langston Hughes High School offensive tackle Dontrell Glover commands 20 offers from some of the top programs in college football. According to 247Sports' Composite Rankings, he ranks as the No. 193 prospect in the 2025 class and recently narrowed his focus to nine schools.

Auburn, Arkansas, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Miami, Missouri, and Tennessee made his cut. The 6-3.5, 315-pounder hasn't yet set foot in Knoxville, Tennessee, but the coaching staff made an impression on him. He confirmed that he's hoping to get out to Rocky Top sometime this spring with On3's Chad Simmons. It sounds like another team recruiting push from the Vols, and they'll hope to lure him away from other programs residing within the SEC borders.

"I haven’t visited yet, but I hope to this spring. So many coaches recruit me from Tennessee. Coach Glen Elarbee, Coach Josh Heupel, Coach Kevin Pendleton, Coach Max Thurmond – they all show love. I have to get up there." - Dontrell Glover to On3 on Tennessee
