2025 four-star offensive tackle Peyton Joseph released his top seven schools on Sunday, December 3rd. The 6-4, 305-pounder caught up with Volunteer Country about his top schools, and multiple premium programs already have his attention

  • LSU: "LSU makes a top choice for me because of how highly Coach Davis speaks about how much he cares for his guys and how highly he speaks about coach Kelly, and also because there are many achievements at LSU."
  • Florida State: "FSU has a variety of talented players and coaches around them. Coach Atkins and Coach Norvell speak highly of me and check in with me day in and day out; that's something major in my recruitment."
  • Michigan: "Jim Harbaugh is just that type of guy people love to play for. Coach Moore is a very good offensive line coach and always shows love as well."
  • Florida: "Coach Napier and how he has built the program to get Florida back where it used to be. Coach Sale knows his game when it comes to the offensive line, and they show love each and every day."
  • Penn State: "Coach Slim is my guy; we talk a lot on the phone; he is one of them. I love all the achievements at Penn State that could be done and accomplished."
  • Miami: "Coach Mirabal is just one of them; he is a major guy who has been a major contender since I was a freshman in my recruiting. Miami could be a special place to be."
  • Tennessee: "Tennessee felt like home, and the opportunity everyone has at Tennessee is special. The coaches are very passionate about their players outside of just football."

He also talks about what he is looking for in his recruiting process when narrowing down to a final school. He responded, "Love and support to my family, loyalty, how passionate the coaches and team are about winning and becoming a better team each and every day, and how well the academic system is." He was also asked about his plans at this moment, and he responded, "I'm going to be planning my official visits, but I have some unofficials coming up."
