WATCH: Tomon Fox talks position change, offseason work
Fox excited about the shift to linebacker

Tomon Fox will still be chasing quarterbacks next season, but he'll be doing it from a variety of spots.
Now listed as a linebacker on the Carolina roster, Fox won't be putting his hand in the dirt as a defensive end anymore.
Instead, he'll be working from a standing spot as the Tar Heels switch to a 3-4 defense under new defensive coordinator Jay Bateman.
"You’ll see me in the front, then you'll also see me in space a little bit," Fox said. "I like it; I kind of miss putting my hand down sometimes, but I think me being able to stand up in any position makes me a lot more versatile as a player."
