Carolina Redshirt Tracker: Week 11

Given that players can now participate in up to four games in a season and still receive a redshirt, we'll update this chart weekly to see where things stand for true freshmen who have gotten on the field.

North Carolina pared down the rotation a bit on Saturday, with only 11 true freshmen appearing in Saturday's loss to Virginia.

Along with the freshmen who have been usual contributors, both Asim Richards and Welton Spottsville both appeared for the Tar Heels, while Jonathan Kim handled kickoff duties for the third straight game.

With their fourth appearances of the season, Richards and Spottsville joined Josh Henderson at the four-game limit for a potential redshirt season.
