Your USC women's volleyball team has a lot to look forward to this coming season as very similar to a number of other Trojans athletic programs, they have some very talented freshmen coming in that will be mentored by seasoned returners. They are still in the midst of making roster additions but with all of the changes coming to the university soon, they are undergoing all of the proper developments to set themselves up for success.

However, outside of just their roster, it's very important for the Trojans to invest time and resources into their coaching staff as well and they have ventured into familiar territory to do so. Megan Moenoa, former volunteer assistant coach, has now been promoted to a full-time assistant coaching position with the USC women's volleyball team as they recognized all of the value she brings to the organization.

Moenoa has a long history of success on her resume when it comes to her time as both a player and a coach and she actually suited up for the rival UCLA Bruins and most notably helped them win the 2011 national championship as their spotter.

Head coach Brad Keller spoke on how excited the team was to welcome Moenoa and is excited to see how the partnership grows from here.

"We are excited to be able to elevate Megan to a full-time assistant coach position and are thrilled to see her continued impact with the program," said Keller. "Megan is a national champion who has coached at the high school, club, and collegiate levels. Her all-around approach to developing confident student-athletes through the strength of relationship building and her overall knowledge of the game are second to none. We are looking forward to this next chapter with Megan."
