UVA Football Sets Dates for Meet the Team Day and Paint the Town Orange Pep Rally

The Virginia football team will hold its annual Meet the Team Day (presented by UVA Orthopedics) on Sunday, August 13th at Scott Stadium. Fans will have a chance to interact with the team and get autographs signed by Tony Elliott and the players beginning at 4pm on the lower level concourse. Parking will be free at the lots surrounding Scott Stadium and fans can enter the East Gates of the stadium starting at 3:45.

The annual Paint the Town Orange Pep Rally (presented by the University of Virginia Community Credit Union) will be held at the Ting Pavilion on the Downtown Mall on Friday, September 8th, the night before UVA's home opener against James Madison. The UVA Marching Band and Spirit Squads will begin to march from the Omni Hotel through the Downtown Mall to the Ting Pavilion at around 8pm. The pep rally will begin at 8:30pm and will include appearances by Tony Elliott and the UVA football team.

Virginia's game against James Madison on Saturday, September 9th has been designated as an orange out and fans are encouraged to wear orange to the game.
