Virginia Tech finished the 2019-20 season with an 8-5 record and a loss in the Belk Bowl to the Kentucky Wildcats, but expectations for the new season remain high with the return of the majority of Hokies starters on both sides of the football. 

With expectations high, can Virginia Tech emerge as the victors in the Coastal Division? The Hokies are likely to be neck-and-neck with North Carolina and Miami all season long in the division race, but Justin Fuente and his strong returning core must find a way to overcome the expected strong quarterback play of the Tar Heels and the Hurricanes if they plan to win the division and take on Clemson in the ACC Championship.
