Huskies Draw Commitment From One-Time Big Ten CB

In this story:
One way to enter the Big Ten is with a Big Ten cornerback, and the University of Washington football team is making this happen after gaining a transfer portal commitment from Jordan Shaw formerly of Indiana.
On Sunday, the well-traveled 6-foot, 170-pound defensive back from Southern California by way of Bloomington, Indiana and Tucson, Arizona, disclosed on social media he will play in Jedd Fisch's Husky secondary.
He just covered a lot of ground over the past couple of months, always the sign of an able coverage guy.
Shaw becomes the second player from Fisch's former program in the desert to choose the Huskies, this after leaving Indiana on Dec. 20 following his freshman year.
He played in four games for the Hoosiers and started two, coming on when a sixth-year senior was lost with an injury.
Shaw came up with a 9-tackle game against Wisconsin and shared in a sack against Penn State.

A 3-star recruit from St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy in Downey, California, Shaw had Indiana both eager to use him yet determined to ease him into big-time football.
He came out of SoCal as an elite playmaker, scoring 22 offensive touchdowns, returning 5 punts and a kickoff for scores and coming up with a pick-6.
He previously was recruited by Arizona, Arizona State, California, Oregon, USC, Utah and the Huskies among others, but opted for the Big Ten.
This weekend, he was one of several Arizona players who toured Montlake and he committed following Wildcats running back Jonah Coleman and before quarterback Demond Williams.
