Huskies Offer SoCal Cornerback — Committed to Cal in Baseball

In this story:
Ajani Wrighster has a nice swing — from both sides of the plate.
For Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, California, the switch-hitter also pitched and played shortstop for his 18-11-2 baseball team this past season.
His skill set is such that this junior-to-be committed to California nearly a year ago.
For baseball.
Well, there is more to this 5-foot-10, 170-pound athlete than metal cleats and a batting helmet.
On Wednesday, Kalen DeBoer's University of Washington recruiters made a football scholarship offer to Wrighster, who also is a cornerback and a wide receiver.
The Huskies apparently spotted him at a football camp held last weekend in Northern California at Sacramento State, and defensive-backs coach Juice Brown followed up with the offer.
After a great camp at Sac St and a great talk with @CoachJuice6 I am extremely blessed to have received an offer from the University of Washington!☔️ #GoHuskies #PurpleReign pic.twitter.com/X64STefzQf

His baseball offer came following Sierra Canyon putting together a 26-4 season in 2022.
As for football, Wrighster played in eight games for a 10-5 Trailblazers team that lost three of its first four games before appearing in five playoff outings. He finished with 10 tackles and a pass break-up.
While he has plenty of baseball profiles online, Wrighster has no known football recruiting bio or other offers listed.
