The University of Washington football program appears as determined as ever to unearth a 2025 quarterback from Southern California.

On Thursday, the Huskies offered Husan Longstreet, making him the fourth player at that position in three days to draw their rapt recruiting attention.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Longstreet might be the best one of this foursome of select sophomores with big arms — certainly he has the most stats and the largest number of scholarship proposals among them.

He's also on the move, recently having transferred from Inglewood High School in inner-city Los Angeles to Centennial in Corona, which is located halfway between Anaheim and Riverside.

Longstreet leaves Inglewood after completing 177 of 258 passes for 3,941 yards and 40 touchdowns, with just 7 interceptions. He was named Ocean League Player of the Year while helping guide the Sentinels to a 13-1 record and into a CIF championship game.

Again, he did all of this as a sophomore.

He proved to be exceptionally fast in the getting the ball out while using his 4.4-second 40-yard foot speed to scramble and buy  time in getting throws off.

Longstreet holds 24 offers so far, with Florida State, Minnesota, Missouri, Ole Miss, UCLA, LSU, Pittsburgh, BYU, Oregon and Washington among the most notable.

As the Huskies make the rounds of SoCal, they've also offered 6-foot-4, 220-pound Jackson Kollock from Laguna Beach High, 6-foot-5, 205-pound Akili Smith Jr. from Lincoln High in San Diego and 6-foot-3, 185-pound Madden Iamaleava from Warren High in Downey.

While Kollock isn't rated after playing half a season, Longstreet, smith and Iamaleava each are considered 4-star prospects by 247 Sports.
