Running backs coach Lee Marks seems to love players that are a little undersized but run with a lot of toughness. That describes Stockton, California, running back Jordin Thomas.

Thomas plays for Lincoln High School and received his third Division I scholarship offer, as well as his third offer from a Pac-12 program. Along with the Huskies, the Arizona Wildcats and Utah Utes have also offered the 5-foot-10, 190-pound member of the class of 2025.

The coaching staff has extended a lot of early offers to members of the class of 2025 and Thomas became the fifth running back to receive a scholarship bid in the class. He's also the fourth back in California to receive a Washington offer, part of an elite group headlined by five-star running back Jordon Davidson.

On film, Thomas displays great burst behind an offensive line that is able to consistently get the job done for him and opens big holes to run through. Once he gets to the second level, he has an extra gear that helps him scoot past cornerbacks and safeties.

He's also a proficient pass blocker for his size and is excellent at sticking one foot in the ground to cut back and leave defenders in his dust. He also plays with very good balance and rarely goes down on first contact.

It's very clear why the coaching staff wanted to prioritize Thomas. Even though he hasn't received a ranking from any national recruiting outlet just yet, he has the skill set to be a high three-star or low four-star prospect by the time he graduates.
