Sports Illustrated Bracketology Projection 1/26

Since returning to the floor following a two-week pause the No. 11 West Virginia Mountaineers are 2-0 with wins over Kansas State No. 10 Texas Tech.
West Virginia led the Red Raiders by ten late in the first half but the momentum completely swung in the direction of Texas Tech when Miles McBride picked up his third foul of the game. McBride re-entered the game with the Mountaineers down 64-52 and helped pioneer an epic comeback. In the last 10:35 of the game, he went 6/6 from the field, 5/5 from the free-throw line, and totaled 19 points including the game-winning bank shot with five seconds remaining.
On Tuesday, Kevin Sweeney of Sports Illustrated put together his first projection for this year's NCAA Tournament. He has West Virginia as a No. 4 seed in Baylor's region.
