Report: Two PAC 12 Schools Apply for Big 12 Membership

Arizona State and Utah "ramped up" talks with the Big 12 earlier in the day, according to Pete Thamel of ESPN and now, he is reporting that the two schools have applied for membership.

This follows the action of the University of Arizona, who applied for membership on Thursday night. If all three schools are admitted, it would bring the league to 16 members. 

Potential future Big 12:

Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, BYU, Central Florida, Cincinnati, Colorado, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas Tech, Utah, West Virginia.
