Can WVU Land 'Package Deal' of DMV Linemen? Decision Around the Corner

In this story:
West Virginia currently has just one offensive lineman committed in the 2024 recruiting class (Kyle Altuner) but they're hoping that changes in the coming weeks as Moritz Schmoranzer (Roanoke, VA) and Ryan Howerton (Laurel, MD) are nearing their decisions.
Schmoranzer announced Saturday night that he will be revealing his college decision on June 30th at 6:30 p.m., choosing from Miami, Pitt, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia.
I will be announcing my commitment NEXT FRIDAY, the 30th of june at 6:30❗️Who’s it going to be❓❗️@Crook_VT @CoachBorbs @CoachMirabal @CoachMooreWVU #GoHokies #H2P #GoCanes #takemehome @HokiesFB @Pitt_FB @CanesFootball @WVUfootball pic.twitter.com/zKzPpOm7MH

Howerton, a fellow DMV recruit and top WVU target, saw the tweet and said that the two need to be a "package deal."

Howerton is considering three of the same four schools - Pitt, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia.
"It was great, man. The visit was awesome," Schmoranzer said of his official visit to WVU earlier this month. "It was my first time up there and I had little to no knowledge but I definitely learned a load. What stuck out the most was the bond the players have with each other and the coaches. Plus, the amount and level of recovery they have are things most schools don't have."
