"It was good. I got a lot of information and enough information to make a decision soon and down the line," Madison told Mountaineers Now. "It’s a strong relationship I have with coach ShaDon Brown. We have been in touch for a while and have formed a strong bond. He’s fair, he is respectful, and as a coach he is understanding. He cares about his recruits."
Following the visit West Virginia has secured a spot in Madison's top list of schools and will battle Arkansas and Miami with Purdue lurking in the background. Madison has official visits to Arkansas (June 16-18) and Miami (June 23-25) and is planning to make his decision sometime in the month of July.
Aside from the coaching staff, Madison told Mountaineers Now that he was blown away by how much support the players have at WVU off the field
"The facilities are very impressive. It helps my mental to know that I have help in every way and that they provide everything educational for me to succeed in academics."
