Wisconsin Women's Hockey Dominates in Decisive Victory Over Boston College

In a spectacular showcase of skill and teamwork, the reigning national champions, the Wisconsin Badgers, clinched a  12-2 win over Boston College, achieving a series sweep on Friday night at LaBahn Arena. Nine Badgers registered their names on the scoresheet. Standout performers Britta Curl, Lacey Eden, and Sarah Wozniewicz each scored two goals for Wisconsin, elevating the team's record to 4-0-0. Cassie Hall, Casey O'Brien, Ava Murphy, Laila Edwards, Vivian Jungels, and Kirsten Simms further drove the Badgers' dominance, all adding goals against a struggling Eagles side that now sits at 0-4-0.

During the first period Eden, seizing the moment during a power play, netted her seventh goal of the current campaign. Hall swiftly followed, extending the Wisconsin lead in the closing moments of the first period.

The second period saw O'Brien achieving a personal milestone with her 50th career goal, reinforcing the Badgers' lead. The period further highlighted Wozniewicz's consistent performance, marking her fourth consecutive game with a goal, and Curl adding another, all within a staggering 26-second span.
