The first day of the Call of Duty League Major 5 starts May 25 at 1:30 pm est. Four matches will decide who moves on in the Winners Bracket or who falls to the Losers Bracket.

To get us started, the Vegas Legion looks to take down the powerhouse that is Atlanta FaZe. Vegas needs this win to keep their Champs hopes alive. After a down Major 4, Toronto Ultra looks to be back in form to take on the up-and-down New York Subliners. Next up will be the Florida Mutineers, who will try to keep up with OpTic Texas. To end the evening, the newly revitalized Minnesota RØkkr will look to beat the Boston Breach in a grudge match.

Who should you place your bets on today? We don't bet, but this is who we'd be looking at if we did.

Toronto Ultra CleanX More Than 51.5 Maps 1-3 Kills

CleanX has been on a tear since Stage 5. He's been strong in each game mode, but Control is where he's shined, sporting a 1.21 K/D in that game mode. He's averaging the second most average kills in maps 1-3 with 58.8, and in a must-win game against the Subliners, he should easily surpass this total.

OpTic Texas Dashy More Than 51.5 Maps 1-3 Kills

The way OpTic is playing, it's tough to see a team dethroning them early in Major 5. Getting the Mutineers in their first match bodes well for them as a team, meaning their sharpshooters should have big games. Dashy is averaging 57.8 kills through maps 1-3 and could top that against a superior Mutineers team.

Minnesota RØkkr Fame Less Than 48.5 Maps 1-3 Kills

After making a surprising roster change to send Afro to the bench and bring back Attach, the RØkkr looks like their back in their early season form. Fame's been a solid addition to the team, but with the role change back to SMG, he's only averaging 43.2 kills in maps 1-3. In his last match against Boston, he was only able to get 44 kills through the first three maps and should go for the under today.
