Eevee Mass Outbreak Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Guide

The Eevee Mass Outbreak Event has arrived, here is everything you need to know

As part of a series of Eevee-related events across all in-service Pokémon games players will be able to find Eevee featured in mass outbreaks throughout both Paldea and the Land of Kitakami in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, all these Eevees will have increased odds of having certain rare marks! To help you throughout this event we compiled a list of everything you need to know to take full advantage of it:

Event details

The Eevee mass outbreak event is scheduled to run from 00:00 UTC on November 17th through 23:59 UTC on November 20th. To participate in the event you must first download the latest event data, this can be done by pressing the L button while in the game’s menu. Once this is done specific Eevees will start appearing in mass outbreaks on both the game’s main region Paldea as well as the newly added Land of Kitakami.

Mark details

During the event, players will have increased odds of capturing Eevees with the Jittery, Intense, Intellectual, Flustered, Rowdy, Excited, Calmness, or Unsure marks. Keep in mind that not all marks are the same, the Jittery, Intense, Intellectual, and Flustered marks can only be found in Paldea while the remaining can only be found in Kitakami.

Each mark makes it so your Eevee will have a unique title when entering a battle. Normally all Pokémon have a 1 in 100 chance of having these marks when caught in the wild, during the event, these odds are increased to 1 in 20 or a 5% chance.

You can only check if a Pokémon has or not a Mark after it is caught, to do so all you must do is have the caught Pokémon in your party and access the Pokémon Status Summary, there you will be able to browse all of the Marks they might have and choose the one you desire to showcase.

Additional Tips

To take full advantage of the mass outbreaks featured during the event we highly recommend that you prepare a sandwich that grants you Sparkling Power Level 3, Encounter Power Level 3, and Title Power Level 3. This sandwich will significantly increase your odds of encountering shiny Normal-type Pokémon with marks and can be crafted with the following ingredients:

  • Tofu x1
  • Salty Herba Mystica x1
  • Sour Herba Mystica x1
