Do the Cowboys need to make Big changes in FA?

The Cowboys enter another offseason with the taste of disappointment. It might be time for changes to be made if they want to see different results.

Former Dallas wide receiver Jesse Holley thinks his former team might need to change their approach if they want to finally see positive results in the postseason. Holley and co-host Jeff Cavanaugh talked about what the team should try this offseason on the most recent Bleav in the Dallas Cowboys podcast episode.

“The way that they have been doing it hasn’t yielded the results that they want and for sure not what the fans want. So is there a moment in time where you say maybe just for this year, we have to go a different route,” said Holley. “That is the definition of insanity, to do the same thing over and over and expecting results. Do the Cowboys have to change their stripes?”

Dallas has ended each of their past three seasons with a 12-5 regular season record followed by an early exit from the playoffs. Their postseason struggles are something that needs to be addressed and cannot be ignored any longer. It will be interesting to see what Jerry Jones decides to do with Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, Micah Parsons, and the rest of his team before heading into next season.
