The winner will claim the division title, but it is more critical to the Bills as they have yet to lock up a playoff spot, and the Dolphins have already clinched one way or another.
“I call this injuries versus urgency,” said Hawkins. “The Dolphins are obviously banged up on the edges with Chubb going down with the ACL tear. Phillips is banged up, Waddle, Mostert; you can add Tua on the list as well as Tyreek Hill versus the urgency of this Bills team having to win if they want to control their own destiny and make the playoffs, the dolphins have already punched their ticket.”
