Philadelphia Eagles: When Bad Vibes Hit Hard in the City of Brotherly Love

The Eagles' struggles continue after losing four of their last five and need this win against the Giants going into the playoffs.

On a recent episode of the Bleav in Eagles podcast, co-hosts Mike Gill and Eytan Shander discussed the recent struggles the football team in Philadelphia has had down the stretch. The team has a bad vibe and is slipping in the NFC standings at the worst time of the year.

“The vibes are bad because the Eagles are bad. They can’t get out of their own way. They insist on making things more difficult than they have to be,” said Shander. “Unfortunately for Philly, everything they have built for in that first third of the season looks to be all for not right now.”

Philadelphia has lost four out of their last five games and could fall to as low as the fifth seed in the NFC playoffs with a loss this weekend. Jalen Hurts recently broke the record for most rushing touchdowns in a season (15) but has also fumbled nine times and thrown 14 interceptions this year.

The Eagles are five-point favorites over the Giants this weekend, according to BetOnline.
