Jeremy Roenick Does Not Believe The Adam Johnson Incident Was An Accident

Former NHL star Jeremy Roenick has never been one to shy away from sharing his candid opinions on the game of hockey. He weighs in on the controversial incident involving Adam Johnson.

Roenick, known for his passionate approach to the sport, didn't hold back when discussing the incident involving Johnson. According to Roenick, the incident in question left him deeply troubled and questioning the intent behind it.

"It's just not right," Roenick stated unequivocally. He went on to express his belief that there is simply no room for such actions in the game of hockey. Roenick's remarks reflect a sentiment shared by many within the hockey community who value sportsmanship and fair play above all else.

In Roenick's view, incidents like the one involving Johnson are particularly concerning because they deviate from the traditional norms of the game. "When a player is entering the zone," Roenick explained, "it is normally met by a hit or a body check, not a leg to the body or, especially, not the face."
