Suspensions and fines were issued on Saturday night as the fallout from the fight between Minnesota Timberwolves guard Austin Rivers and Orlando Magic forward Mo Bamba continues.

Bamba was suspended for four games and Rivers was suspended for three after the two players fought in the third quarter of the Wolves' loss to the Orlando Magic.

The altercation occurred when Rivers missed a 3-pointer late in the third quarter and heard what he called "some language from [the Orlando] bench." Bamba – who was not in the game at the time – came off the Magic bench and began exchanging punches with Rivers leading to a stoppage of play.

Rivers declined to tell reporters what was said to start the brawl but Magic teammate Kevon Harris tweeted on Saturday that Bamba said: "This ain't high school no mo."

Magic guard Jalen Suggs was also suspended one game as he approached Rivers to pull him away by the neck. Wolves forward Jalen McDaniels was fined $20,000 for shoving Bamba in the back but did not get suspended.

Rivers will begin serving his suspension on Sunday evening when the Wolves host the Denver Nuggets.
