Timberwolves shock Miami Heat with late win in Florida
Playing in Florida against the 36-21 Miami Heat, the now 17-40 Timberwolves pulled off one of the surprises of the NBA season with a late win.
Jordan McLaughlin scored to give the Wolves a 1-point lead with just 8.5 seconds left on the clock, and the Heat had the chance to win it through their old "friend" Jimmy Butler.
But in an intensely satisfying moment, Butler was blocked at the rim by D'Angelo Russell.
"Tank that," tweeted the Timberwolves' President of Basketball Operations Gersson Rosas after the game.

It was a remarkable turnaround in the 4th quarter, with the Wolves getting back into contention thanks to an 11-0 run, having been 12 points adrift at one point.
Russell led the way for the visitors, finishing the game with 27 points along with 5 rebounds and 6 assists.
Beasley scored 21, with Juancho Hernangomez contributing 17.
