The Timberwolves selected 21-year-old guard Jaylen Clark from UCLA with the 53rd overall pick in the second-round of Thursday night's NBA Draft, having previously traded up to 33 to take G League forward Leonard Miller. 

Clark, 6-foot-5 combo guard who was the National Defensive Player of the Year, averaged 13.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game on his way to All-Pac-12 honors in the 2022-23 season.

Clark was a two-time Pac-12 All-Defensive player in his three seasons at UCLA.
