The Minnesota Twins have had a quiet offseason, but that hasn't stopped FanDuel Sportsbook from giving them solid odds to win the 2024 World Series.

The Twins rank 10th in FanDuel's latest odds, giving them a +2500 (or 25 to 1) chance to win the World Series next season. Minnesota is seventh among American League teams, ranking behind the New York Yankees (+850), Houston Astros (+900), Texas Rangers (+1000), Baltimore Orioles (+1600), Toronto Blue Jays (+1800) and Seattle Mariners (+1800).

The Twins have yet to add a major league player to their roster this offseason and have lost Cy Young runner-up Sonny Gray, starting pitcher Kenta Maeda and reliever Emilio Pagàn from last year's team.

But keep in mind that the Twins were also quiet at this point last offseason. At this time last year, the Twins had only traded for Kyle Farmer and signed Joey Gallo before agreeing to a minor league deal with Willi Castro on Dec. 23.

The bulk of the Twins' moves came in January when they signed Carlos Correa (Jan. 11) and traded for Pablo López and Michael A. Taylor (Jan. 24).

With the Twins rumored to be shopping infielder Jorge Polanco and outfielder Max Kepler, there's still plenty of time to make a trade. A significant addition could bolster a roster that already has a solid nucleus with Correa, Royce Lewis, Matt Wallner and Eddy Julien, not to mention top prospect Brooks Lee waiting in the minors.
