Minnesota Twins prospect Brooks Lee smashed his first Triple-A home run with the St. Paul Saints, launching a 445-foot blast in the third inning of a 5-0 win over the Louisville Bats on Friday night.

Lee, who the Twins selected with the eighth overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft, was recently promoted to St. Paul after hitting .292/.365/.476 with 11 home runs and 63 RBI in 87 games with Double-A Wichita this season.

Although he entered the game with the Bats hitting 4-for-22 in his first five games with the Saints, Friday's performance was more indicative of a player that hit .318/.385/.519 with eight homers and 48 RBI in his final 53 games with the Wind Surge.

Lee is currently ranked as the Twins No. 2 prospect behind 2023 first-round pick Walker Jenkins and 18th overall according to MLB Pipeline. While he's unlikely to make his major league debut this season, Twins fans are hoping he'll be playing at Target Field early in 2024.
