With the Vikings' 2023 season ending with a 3rd place finish in the NFC North and a 7-10 record, Kevin O'Connell now knows who his team will be facing in 2024.

While a win for the Chicago Bears over the Green Bay Packers didn't materialize Sunday, thus depriving the Vikings of a last-placed schedule and a draft pick one place higher, it looks as though Minnesota will still enjoy a kinder 2024 than 2023.

Outside of in-division games against NFC North champions the Detroit Lions and a resurgent Green Bay Packers, the Vikings will once again welcome the San Francisco 49ers to U.S. Bank Stadium, with tough tests also presented by Aaron Rodgers' New York Jets and CJ Stroud and the Houston Texans.
