Sam Bradford is officially active for the Bears game – so will he start?
Another sign that Sam Bradford will be back starting for the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night.
Minnesota released its inactive players for the Bears game shorty after 6 p.m. – on the list is backup quarterback Kyle Sloter. And not on the inactive list? Bradford.
That would indicate Bradford is at the very least healthy enough to play. And based on the reports from this week – that he took first-team reps in practice and "got the work he needed" – Bradford appears in line to start.
The veteran has played in just one contest this year, that really impressive season-opening win against the Saints (also on Monday night) in which he had one of the best games of his career.
But a knee issue forced him to sit out of the three games since. Case Keenum has gone 1-2 as the Vikings' signal-caller in his absence.
