The Minnesota Vikings continued to be busy on Friday night selecting LSU guard Ed Ingram and Clemson cornerback Andrew Booth Jr. in the second round of the NFL Draft.

Booth was selected after the Vikings acquired the 42nd overall pick in a trade with the Indianapolis Colts. He was a first-team All-ACC selection last season, recording 39 tackles, three interceptions and eight pass elections for the Tigers.

The 6-foot, 196 pounder is an all-around player, posting a 78.7 coverage grade, ranking 42nd among qualifying cornerbacks according to Pro Football Focus but he also needs to work on his tackling with 11 missed tackles last season.

The Vikings continued their night by selecting Ingram with the 59th overall pick. The 6-foot-3, 307-pounder was a second-team All-ACC selection last season.

Barring another trade, Minnesota still has one more selection on Friday night. After making the 66th overall selection they will have five picks on Day 3 of the draft on Saturday, including Nos. 122 in the fourth round, No. 156 in the fifth round, Nos. 184 and 191 in the sixth round, and No. 250 in the seventh round.
