The home of the Minnesota Wild is considered one of the ten best in the National Hockey League, despite the pricey beer at the Xcel Energy Center.

That's according to a ranking compiled by Canada Sports Betting, which judged NHL arenas based upon the average price of beer per ounce, walking distance to the closest public transport, proximity to restaurants, and the availability of dedicated parking.

The X finished 10th in the ranking, despite its beer price of $1.25-an-ounce on average ranking the second most-expensive out of all 32 NHL arenas.

The St. Paul stadium racked up points for its close-by selection of restaurants – presumably on West Seventh – as well as dedicated ramp parking, and its relative proximity to public transit.

Top of the pile was the Ball Arena in Denver, home of the Colorado Avalanche, followed by the Detroit Red Wings' Little Caesars Arena.
