The Wild announced Monday that they have re-signed Filip Gustavsson to a three-year, $11.25 million deal.

According to Cap Friendly, the $3.75 million AAV deal leaves the Wild with $1,643,079 in available cap space heading into the 2023-24 season.

Gustavsson, 25, had an impressive first season in Minnesota, going 22-9-7 with a .931 save percentage, second best percentage among goalies with over 30 starts in 2022-23.

The Swedish goalie was lights out in Game 1 of the first-round playoff series against the Stars making 51 saves in the double-overtime win in Dallas.

A second-round draft pick by the Penguins in 2016, Gustavsson made his way to the Wild last July when Minnesota traded Cam Talbot to Ottawa for the goalie.
