ESPN's Kendra Andrews and Adrian Wojnarowski both reported positive updates on Wiggins earlier in the day.

Via Andrews: "Wiggins participated in the walkthrough portion of shootaround, before heading to the back to get more treatment.

He will attempt to go through a pregame warmup later on before a final decision is made, sources tell ESPN."

Via Wojnarowski: "At this hour, the belief is that Andrew Wiggins will try and play in Game 6 tonight, sources tell ESPN. As @kendra__andrews reports, he'll go through his pregame routine and see how his costal cartilage fracture/ribs feel prior to tip. Regardless, shooting will be a challenge."

The 2022 NBA All-Star is a vital piece of their team and is coming off an impressive Game 5, where he played 36 minutes and had 25 points, seven rebounds, five assists and one steal while shooting 10/18 from the field (the Warriors won 121-106).

By winning Game 5, the Warriors kept their season alive, and the series is now 3-2 in favor of the Lakers.

If they can win Friday's game, then Game 7 will be back at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Sunday.

In the first round, the Warriors beat the Sacramento Kings in seven games, and they have won the NBA Championship four times in the previous eight seasons.
