UPDATE: Julius Randle's Injury Status For Heat-Knicks Game

Julius Randle is on the injury report for Game 2.

UPDATE: Julius Randle is available.

On Tuesday evening, the New York Knicks are hosting the Miami Heat for Game 2 of their second-round playoff series.

The Heat won the first game by a score of 108-101, but the Knicks were playing without one of their best players (Julius Randle).

For Tuesday's game, Randle is listed as questionable on the injury report.

Via Underdog NBA: "Julius Randle (ankle) questionable for Tuesday."

The former Kentucky star had a fantastic regular season with averages of 25.1 points, 10.0 rebounds and 4.1 assists per contest while shooting 45.9% from the field (he also made his second career All-Star Game).

Randle missed the final five regular season games of the year but was able to return for the first round (he got injured again in Game 5).

In the first round, the Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers (in five games), which was their first time winning a playoff series since the 2013 season (when they still had Carmelo Anthony on the roster).

They finished the regular season as the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference and had a 47-35 record.

As for the Heat, they are the eighth seed but have been to the Conference Finals in two out of the previous three seasons.

They upset the Milwaukee Bucks (who were the first seed) in the first round in five games.

The winner of the series will advance to the Conference Finals and face off against either the Boston Celtics or the Philadelphia 76ers (the 76ers have a 1-0 lead in the series).
