Mikal Bridges' Current Injury Status For Nets-Lakers Game

Mikal Bridges is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Brooklyn Nets will be in California to face off against the Los Angeles Lakers.

For the game, Mikal Bridges is on the injury report, but he is listed as probable.

In addition, Bridges said that he is playing (via Brian Lewis of The New York Post).

Bridges has played in all 40 games and is averaging 21.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per contest while shooting 44.8% from the field and 34.3% from the three-point range.  

The Nets are 16-24 in their first 40 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference. 

They are in the middle of a four-game losing streak and are 1-9 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Nets lost to the Portland Trail Blazers (in Oregon) by a score of 105-103. 

In 34 minutes of playing time, Bridges had 21 points, four rebounds, four assists and one block while shooting 7/18 from the field and 3/9 from the three-point range. 

Following the Lakers, the Nets will remain in Los Angeles to face off against James Harden and the Clippers on Sunday afternoon. 

As for the Lakers, they are the tenth seed in the Western Conference with a 21-21 record in their first 42 games. 

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Following the Nets, the Lakers will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday in Los Angeles.
