UPDATE: RJ Barrett's Injury Status For Raptors-Hawks Game

RJ Barrett is on the injury report for Friday's game.

UPDATE: RJ Barrett has been ruled out (h/t Alex Seixeiro of CityNews Toronto). 

On Friday evening, the Toronto Raptors will be in Georgia to face off against the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena.  

For the game, the Raptors could be without one of their best players, as RJ Barrett is on the injury report.   

Via Josh Lewenberg of TSN: "RJ Barrett is listed as questionable for tonight’s game in Atlanta. Injury management for his lingering knee issue on the second night of a back-to-back."

Barrett has played in 46 games and is averaging 19.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 47.3% from the field and 34.6% from the three-point range. 

The Raptors are the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 20-36 record in 56 games. 

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 121-93. 

In 29 minutes of playing time, Barrett had 12 points, five rebounds and seven assists while shooting 5/13 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point range. 

Following the Hawks, the Raptors will visit Pascal Siakam and the Indiana Pacers on Monday evening. 

As for the Hawks, they are the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 24-31 record in 55 games. 

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak but are also 6-4 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Hawks lost to the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 122-99. 

Following the Raptors, they will host Paolo Banchero and the Orlando Magic on Sunday evening.
