Cam Reddish's Honest Statement After Trail Blazers-Lakers Game

Cam Reddish met with the media after the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Portland Trail Blazers.

On Sunday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Portland Trail Blazers in California. 

The Lakers won the game by a score of 116-110, and Anthony Davis led the way with 30 points and 13 rebounds. 

Cam Reddish also had another excellent game, putting up 18 points, seven rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block while shooting 7/10 from the field and 1/3 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

Following the game, the former Duke superstar met with the media and shared a fantastic statement about his teammates (h/t Spectrum SportsNet). 

Reddish: "I feel like all my teammates have done a great job of just pouring into me and telling me how much they believe in me. I haven't had an atmosphere like this I don't think in my entire NBA career. It's been a lot of fun. It's been a blessing, and I'm just looking forward to the future."

Reddish is in his first season with the Lakers and is now averaging 7.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 41.1% from the field in ten games. 

He was the tenth pick in the 2019 NBA Draft and has played for the Atlanta Hawks, New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers (in addition to the Lakers) over five seasons. 

As for the Lakers, they are 5-5 in their first ten games and are now in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

They will play their next game on Tuesday when they host the Memphis Grizzlies.
