The Cinch Playoffs Series Governor's Cup is going down as the richest rodeo in South Dakota history, with a $1 million purse in the last qualifying weekend of the regular season.

The draw has been posted, showing who will run on the top of the ground, giving those first few entered a potential leg up on those at the bottom.

In round one, barrel racer Kelly Allen claimed that spot. Talk about another lucky break to mirror how her entire season has gone. This opportunity sets up her and her horse, Cinco for a wicked fast time to kick off the barrel racing here in Sioux, Falls.

On the opposite end, No.1 in the world Brittany Tonozzi brings up the rear in will be running in the last position.

With this pattern being a smaller setup and comparable to the sub 14-second pattern at the National Finals Rodeo, this will give the past qualifiers an idea of how to go about preparing for this event.

The arena set up has a large impact on the women's decision of horsepower, as some perform better than others in the smaller patterns. With that amount of money on the line, they've got to have full faith in their animal athletes.

These fine tuned equine athletes and their riders will be hitting the ground running at 7:30 p.m. Here is the complete order of competitors below.

Governor's Cup Draw List

  1. Kelly Allen
  2. Paige Jones
  3. Sue Smith

  7. Hailey Kinsel
  8. Wenda Johnson
