GUTHRIE, Oklahoma. -The Barrel Futurities of America's four-year-old futurity round  that added $70,000 to the purse was Wednesday at the Lazy E in Guthrie, Ok.

There were 383 total four-year-old horses that ran down the alley gunning for the fastest time.

Futurity trainer Craig Brooks jockeyed This Guys Flying, who is sired by Guys Canyon Moon out of a Dash Ta Fame mare, to the top of the leaderboard with a 15.160 second run. This run took them to the pay window and they earned $4,497.

Right behind them was none other than the legendary Brittany Tonozzi, who has had an absolute record year. Tonozzi finished both second and third on the phenomenal mares Tres Chasin Babe PZ and ChitiChiti Bang Bang. Between these phenomenal horses, Tonozzi earned $5,366.

The futurity was split into two divisions so that put Jordan Moore on Bullys Guy, running 16.160 seconds, a half-second off of Brooks' winning time. Moore and Bullys Guy won $598

All 383 riders will run down the alley again Friday, Nov. 17 for round two, hoping for a quick, clean run to set them up good in the overall aggregate time.
