Hip mobility is a major issue with many amateur golfers. Without sufficient mobility, it creates the sensation of feeling “stuck” as a player rotates, or throws off the sequencing of the upper and lower half on the downswing. By actively opening up the hips, it will improve a player's tempo and reduce discomfort in the lower back. These exercises will:

  1. Allow for greater rotation
  2. Help create proper sequencing
  3. Reduce discomfort
