When the McDonald's All American boys game tips off on April 1st from Houston's Toyota Center, six players from California will compete.

For the first time ever, six California players will compete in the McDonald's All American boys basketball game.

The rosters for the game were announced on ESPN's The Jump on Thursday. Sierra Canyon's BJ Boston and Ziaire Williams, Prolific Prep's Jalen Green and Nimari Burnett, Rancho Christian's Evan Mobley and Mayfair's Joshua Christopher were all picked.

Mater Dei guard Devin Askew and Sheldon forward Marcus Bagley did not make the cut.

On the girls side, La Jolla Country Day point guard Te-hina Paopao was the lone California player selected.
