Carreon scored 21 points and grabbed 8 boards in Christian’s 68-57 win over Scripps Ranch

Carreon received 53.01% of the vote, beating out Mater Dei'sAlyssa Frescas, who finished with 44.58%.

Kiki Iriafen, Harvard-Westlake: Iriafen averaged 23.5 ppg and 15.5 rpg in Harvard-Westlake’s wins over Chaminade and Marlborough.

Alyssa Frescas, Mater Dei: Frescas netted 28 points for Mater Dei in their 84-51 victory against JSerra.

Breya Cunningham, La Jolla Country Day: Cunningham averaged 18.5 ppg and 23.5 rpg in La Jolla Country Day’s matchups with Bonita Vista and Bishop’s.

Charisa Thomas, Serra: Thomas finished the night with a 15 point, 14 rebound double-double as Serra defeated Scripps Ranch 61-53.

Rayah Marshall, Lynwood: Marshall finished with an average of 20.5 ppg and 14 rpg for Lynwood in games against Downey and Dominguez.

Tyreshia Sessions, Hesperia: Sessions averaged 23 ppg and 6 rpg for Hesperia over the course of two games against Fairmont Prep and Apple Valley.

Ashlee Lewis, Long Beach Poly: Lewis averaged 13.5 ppg and 12.5 rpg in two wins for Long Beach Poly against Woodrow Wilson and Millikan.
