LAKE BALBOA– On Tuesday, No. 7 Carson girls basketball defeated No. 2 Birmingham 66-65 in the L.A. City Section quarterfinals.

Carson F Justina Graham had a 29-point double-double with five assists in the LACS Division 1 playoff game of the year. The Colts will take on Eagle Rock on Friday in the semifinals.
