CIF Southern Section All-Division 1 girls basketball team

Harvard-Westlake's Kiki Iriafen was named the Division 1 Player of the Year.

Monday afternoon, the CIF Southern Section announced the results of the voting for the all-section teams for each division of girls basketball. Here are the results from Division 1.
