Moore junior fast pitch softball player Libby Jaques voted SBLive's Oklahoma High School Athlete of the Week

Jaques announces her commitment to Oklahoma State while helping Lady Lions win games

It was a very good week for Libby Jaques, both on and off the softball diamond. 

Jaques, a junior outfielder for Moore, was instrumental in the Lady Lions winning all five games during the week of Sept. 11-17, with the team averaging nearly 10 runs in each of those wins.

In addition, on Sept. 15, Jaques officially announced her commitment to play softball at Oklahoma State University. Jaques' Lady Lions stand at 25-5 on the season and have won 18 of their past 19 games.

For her efforts, Jaques was voted the SBLive Oklahoma High School Athlete of the Week for Sept. 11-17.
