Blue Jays put Reimold on DL

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) The Toronto Blue Jays have placed outfielder Nolan Reimold on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left calf and recalled outfielder Anthony Gose from Triple-A Buffalo.

The moves were announced before Saturday's game against Tampa Bay.

Reimold was hurt running the bases in the fourth inning of Friday night's game with the Rays.

Toronto manager John Gibbons doesn't think Reimold's injury is a major one.
