Angels Highlights: Zach Neto Homers as Halos Defeat Rangers

Make it five straight for the Angels.

The Los Angels Angels sealed another Cactus League victory on Monday, defeating the reigning champion Texas Rangers 3-2. The Angels have now won five straight games.

The Angels got two of their runs off a two-run home-run from Zach Neto, who continues to star for the Angels in Spring Training. Neto now has six hits, three runs, two home runs, seven RBIs and a .316 batting average through 19 at-bats this spring.

Prior to the home run, Logan O'Hoppe's double led to the first score of the day as Miguel Sano scored to take a 1-0 lead.

The Rangers got a home run from Marcus Semien in the third inning to tie the game, before Neto's home run gave the Angels the lead back in the fifth inning. The Rangers came close to coming back in the eighth inning with another run, but the Angels managed to hold on and get the win.

Tyler Anderson got the start and pitched for three innings. Anderson notched six strikeouts while giving up two hits and an earned run.
