The Los Angeles Angels front office has spent the entire offseason searching for ways to bring in more talent. They have been active in free agency and have been connected to some of the biggest names on the market.

The team has brought in some bullpen help so far, but there are holes still left on their roster to fill. One name that the team has been looking at throughout the process is outfielder Adam Duvall.

Duvall spent last season with the Boston Red Sox, appearing in 92 games. He slashed .247/.303/.531 with 21 home runs and 58 runs batted in.

Injuries forced him to miss a few months early on in the season, but he was able to return in June to have a solid rest of the year. The veteran outfielder is still searching for a home, and his market seems to be picking up.

According to MLB.com's Mark Feinsand, the Angels may have more competition for the services of Duvall. He is reporting that the Arizona Diamondbacks are now looking into potentially adding Duvall to their squad.

The Halos have a full outfield room, but adding someone like Duvall could be beneficial. He would give them a solid right-handed bat and could help take some burden off centerfielder Mike Trout throughout the season.

Duvall could bring major experience to the table, having won the 2021 World Series with the Atlanta Braves. Adding Duvall would be exactly what the Halos need, but they may need to be more proactive in landing him.
