Kawhi Leonard's Honest Reaction to Clippers' Collapse vs Bucks

The LA Clippers had another major fourth quarter collapse.

Prior to last week, the LA Clippers were one of the best fourth quarter and clutch teams in the NBA. They were 31-1 when leading after the fourth quarter, and had some of the best clutch time stats in the NBA.

Suddenly, after facing the Lakers last week, the Clippers forgot how to close. They did it again against the Milwaukee Bucks, where they collapsed and blew a 13 point fourth quarter lead against a team without both Giannis and Khris Middleton. In two of their last four games, the LA Clippers have blown double-digit fourth quarter leads.

When Kawhi Leonard was asked about the embarrassing loss against Milwaukee, he said the Clippers can't dwell on it and have to move on to the next game.

"I mean, yeah," Leonard said. "You got to. It's a lot of games in this league. You can't just stay on one loss. So you know, it's the next game."

Maybe the Clippers might actually need to dwell on these losses. Getting embarrassed in the way they've been getting embarrassed is something that should light a fire and not something to move past.

Against the Lakers, LeBron James single-handedly beat them in the fourth quarter, and against the Bucks, Damian Lillard did the same.

"Like I said, he can win a basketball by himself, he did it tonight," Leonard said. "He put two on the ball, he found shooters that made shots."

If the Clippers want to have any hope of being considered a serious championship contender, these types of losses can't happen anymore.
