2023 NBA Draft Lottery: Orlando Magic Land No. 6 and No. 11 Overall Picks

In this story:
On Tuesday evening, NBA franchises encountered a momentous occasion with the potential to significantly impact their future. The top 14 picks of the upcoming 2023 NBA Draft, scheduled for June 22, were solidified at the draft lottery.
During an exciting event, the NBA unveiled the fortunate recipient of the coveted No. 1 overall pick and Victor Wembanyama, along with the remaining lottery positions.
The Orlando Magic had the sixth best odds entering the night, and ultimately landed the No. 6 overall pick. They also earned the No. 11 pick via the Chicago Bulls, which was owed to Orlando if it landed outside of the top four. This means the most likely odds for the two Magic picks turned out exactly as expected. As they still are seeing the benefits of the trade with Chicago that sent away Nikola Vucevic, the Magic now have two quality lottery picks. Will they use both, or consolidate to move up?
Regardless, one of the best young teams in the league will only improve its roster moving forward with a pair of lottery talents potentially being added to the team next month. They will be one of the most fun to track over the next few weeks.
Between now and the 2023 NBA Draft, the Draft Digest team will be breaking down prospects that could be available in the Magic's range.
